Hailing from the peach state, Tangie Warrior of Warrior Real Estate is a seasoned real estate professional who thrives off of her passion for helping homeowners in need of premier real estate consulting. As a leading top producer for over 12 years, Warrior has managed to effectively provide her clients with an outstanding level of customer service, as themes of integrity, honesty, and commitment

Beginning her career as a Real Estate Investor, Warrior purchased and rehabilitated properties as a small business. In 2006, she later went on to obtain her Real Estate License, becoming a Short Sale Specialist with extensive expertise in negotiating with Mortgage Lenders and even assisting homeowners in the expanding real estate market. Doubling down on her education from Tuskegee University as well, Warrior additionally benefited from her years of management experience at IBM Corporation, allowing her to provide clients with a more globalized interaction.
With esteemed accolades such as the 2008 Most Improved Agent and the 2013 Top Gun Award, just to name a few, Tangie Warrior is better known for her appearance on HGTV as a part of the Expert of Realtor segment, “My First Place”. Among the many other honors in her life, Warrior takes the most pride in her role as a mother to her son Nigel, 26 years old and her daughter Nylah, 13 years old.
Being that family is essentially the top priority, Tangie Warrior has always been accredited to treating her clients with the same respect. “You always come first”, says Tangie. “I provide the service we agree to, in the work that works best for you.”
As she lives by sayings such as “ The early bird gets the worm” and “The Rich do what the poor and wealthy will not do”, Tangie Warrior is certainly a woman of action as opposed to just her word. While she also intends to reach greater heights, it is her hope to expand her business by venturing into commercial real estate as well. Being that she has already established an entity that makes all things Tangible, there are no limitations to what Warrior and her clientele can do, as a collective.
